The Power of Sisterhood Sisterhood is about more than just friendship; it’s about building deep, trusting relationships that provide support and encouragement. For marginalized communities, these bonds are especially important, offering a safe space to share experiences, seek advice, and find strength in unity.

Our Support Networks

1. Peer Support Groups: LgOC organizes regular peer support groups where members can share their experiences, challenges, and successes. These groups provide a safe and confidential space for honest conversations and mutual support.
2. One-on-One Mentorship: Through our mentorship program, younger members are paired with more experienced mentors who provide guidance, support, and encouragement. This relationship helps mentees navigate their personal and professional journeys with confidence.
